Hello Gel, Fang and Yai,
That's a very good start. If you "read between the lines" of your posts you can see that the three companies you've looked at have spent considerable time and resources on promoting the use of ICT strategies in their organisations. Gel, I like the way you've highlighted key phrases in your post: the ones you've highlighted actually form parts of the phrases that you'd expect to see (read) in an ICT strategic plan. There are more that you could highlight. If you do this with each of your three posts you'll be answering the issues behind Stage One better, and a good way along towards understanding and conceptualising Stage Two.
